Shiranui Posted February 8, 2009 Report Share Posted February 8, 2009 Effect: 1 Tuner + 1 non-Tuner LIGHT monsterYou can pay any multiple of 1000 Life Points to raise or lower the Level of 1 monster in your hand or on the field 1 Level for each multiple of 1000 until the next End Phase. If a monster's Level is lowered and used for a Synchro Summon, inflict damage to your opponent equal to the Level x 200. If a monster's Level is raised, select 1 monster on the field and place it face-down in your Spell & Trap Card Zone.
