Effect: This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by Tributing 2 WIND monsters or 2 FAIRY-Type monsters from your hand or field. Once per turn, you can pay 1000 Life Points to duplicate 1 card's effect on your side of the field and replace that effect with another monster's effect on the field.
