With three powerfully dealt blows she shattered enough spikes to ensure she could escape safely. She fired a shot right at Zak but Stephaine threw herself in front of him, taking the shot instead. Before anybody could do anything else she pulled the chopping knife back out of Zak and ran out through the back door. She slammed onto her teleporting device and was gone.
