OMGAKITTY
This card can only be activated when you have 1000 or less Life Points than your opponent. Select an unoccupied Monster Card Zone on your field. Monsters cannot be Summoned to the selected Monster Card Zone. Monsters you control gain ATK and DEF equal to their Level x 100. The combined Level of your opponent's monsters cannot exceed your own. If it does, your opponent must select and destroy monsters until the combined Level of his/her monsters is equal to or less than yours. Wasn't in the most inspired mood when I made this. OCG looks a little funky to me also, but then, the effect itself is a little weird....Overall, not too displeased with it. Now I'm going back to finish my Code Geass. Don't bother me.-kthnxbai
Catman25
Effect is complex, yet matches "Cornered." Picture is good, so, 9.5/
Skyson
Oh no, you lock down one monster card zone. That really seems... unnecessary. Gaining ATK based on level is one effect, forcing your opponent to never have monsters with Levels exceeding your own is easily abusable. I'm not a great fan because there's really no downside to it unless your strategy dies without you being able to have 5 monsters on the field. This card promotes you sitting there with a single Level 1 or 2 monster and laughing at an opponent who can't summon anything. >_> 6/10.
╬「Selatcia」╬
The idea isn't too bad. It's quite creative, actually. But you might want to give it more negative effects because of the reasons stated above. cannot exceed your own = cannot be higher than yours (I think) If it is ^^Not to sure on the OCG corrections. 7.5/
