This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by removing 3 DARK monsters in your Graveyard from play. You can Remove 1 DARK monster in your Graveyard from play to negate the activation of a Spell, Trap, or Effect Monster's effect that targets a card(s) on the field and destroy it.

look at Dark Armed Dragon, tell me thats not OPed, and Dark Flame Lord is considerably less broken then that...
