Like, you activate this card, and for the rest of the duel, you can't take any damage from card effects? Or for one turn / one effect only? They're attempting to imagine why you would want to discard 4 cards to prevent effect damage for 1 turn. They're trying to imagine that something that requires a 4 card discard would last for a couple of turns, if not the whole duel. The only other card I can think of with such a cost is Final Destiny, and that wipes out the entire field for a 5-card discard, and even then it seems ridiculous to pitch 6 cards for any purpose outside of winning the game. If I seriously wanted to do something about Effect Damage for one turn, I would use Rainbow Life. It requires only 1 card to be discarded, and you even get the damage back as Life Points gained. Does being a counter trap and getting a card added to the bottom of your Deck really constitute an additional 3-card discard? I really don't think so. So, if I'm "using my imagination" here, I'd say that there are numerous better options than.. this. But I'm looking at it optimistically, for some reason. If it lasts you for the entire Duel, it would almost be worthy of a Side Deck against burn. I mean, it would shut them down 100% in most cases. Shutting down an entire Deck theme is just about worthy of a 4 card discard. That makes more sense. If for 1 turn, I'm laughing. 3/10. If for the whole duel, it's an interesting option. 7/10.
