If this card is used to Syncro Summon a monster you can pay 1000 Life Points, and increase the ATK of a monster Syncro Summoned using this card by 1500 during the Damage Step only." No summon restriction > Summon restriction. less than 1500 ATK < 1500 ATK. Redrawing of Lily < Hentai redrawing of Lily (unintentionally or otherwise) ok, so maybe art and atk balance out effect?
