Skyson
One card per user. The monster must have 0 ATK. Not ?, not 1, it must be 0. I am the judge. The criteria are balance and utility. I want to see 0 ATK monsters that constitute actually being usable. It can be written or with a picture, I could've care less. If in picture format, attach a spoiler for the effect if it's too long to read. Prizes: 2 rep for the winner, 1 rep for 2nd place. The deadline is Wednesday, February 18th. This gives two days. Have fun.
Guest
Couldn't find a decent enough pic, so here's mine in a Written Card entry: Gentlemanly Wizard - FredlundSpellcaster/EARTH/Level 4/ATK 0/DEF 2000When a monster is Flip Summoned or flipped face-up, place 1 Spell Counter on this card (max 3). You can remove 3 Spell Counters to select 1 Spell or Trap Card in your Deck, show it to your opponent, and add it to your hand. The selected card cannot be activated or Set the turn it is added to your hand.
Nightbringer37
Here is my entry that I pulled together in five minutes, I know it is unorigional but it is the best I could come up with on short notice.[/img]
hamcha
here's my card effect:When this card is Flipped Summon, destroy 1 monster on your side of the field and gain life points equal to half its ATK, or destroy 1 monster on your opponents side of the field and lose life points equal to its ATK. When this card is sent from the field to the graveyard, pick 5 cards from your deck and show it to your opponent, he/she then choose 1 card to go to your hand and the others are removed from play. ╬「Selatcia」╬
Effect:This card can only be Summoned in face-up Defense Position. If this card's Battle Position is changed by the effect of a Spell or Trap Card your opponent controls, you can discard 1 Spell or Trap Card from your hand to negate the effect of the Spell or Trap Card controlled by your opponent and return it to the owner's hand. The Spell or Trap Card cannot be Set or activated until the next Standby Phase. Once per turn, you can flip this card into face-down Defense Position. This card cannot be destroyed by battle while in Defense Position (Battle Damage is still inflicted to this card's controller). If a monster you control (except this card) is selected as an attack target, you can flip this card face-up to change the attack target to this card. Each time this card is attacked in Defense Position, it loses 300 DEF. If this card's DEF reaches 0 this way, remove it from play.

That Fat Guy
Let's see what I can think up. Barrier MagicianLIGHTLevel 4Spellcaster/EffectEach time this card is attacked, place 1 Spell Counter on it after damage calculation. *When this card is selected as an attack target, you can remove 1 spell counter from it to negate the attack and end the battle phase. *You can remove 2 spell counters from this card during your main phase to switch the attack and defense of one face-up monster, until the end phase. *You can remove 3 spell counters from this card during either player's turn to make monsters you control immune to destruction by battle until the end phase. An opponent's monster that battles with your monsters during this turn is destroyed after damage calculation.0/2200 My OCG needs work. I may come back and fix the grammar later. Subtlety
im inThis card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned to your opponents side of the field in face-up Defense Position by Tributing 2 monsters on your side of the field. This cards Battle Position cannot be changed, except by a card effect. If this card is in Attack Position, destroy it. Every turn this card is on the field, choose and destroy one card on the controllers side of the field. If you cannot, destroy this card.
marlength
I'm in heres my card. Select 1 monster on your opponent's side of the field and equip it to this card (this effect can only be used once per turn and you can only equip 1 monster at a time to this card). The ATK and DEF of this card become the same amounts as the monster equipped to this card. If this card is destroyed as a result of battle, the equipped monster is destroyed instead, and any battle damage you received from the battle is also inflicted to your opponent's Life Points. 1337noob
umm here This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned if 2 monsters are removed from the field during the same turn. Select one of the following effect:-This card's ATK and DEF is equal to the combined Level of the monsters destroyed x300.-Put 1 Servent Counter on this card for each card on the field (max. 6). For each counter, increase this card's ATK and DEF by 400. If this card inflicts Battle Damage to your opponent, remove all Servent Counter from this card. just something i noticed, most cards here that has 0 ATK has high DEF. Deloge
Me will join! This card can attack your opponent directly. Once per turn, by paying 500 Life Points, you can equip a face-up monster on the field to this card. This card gains ATK equal half of the original ATK of the equipped monster. Destroy this card during your End Phase and inflict damage equal to the equipped monster's original ATK to the controller of this card. You can pay 1000 Life Points to Special Summon this card from your Graveyard. Note : Psychic-Type DOES exist.
That Fat Guy
just something i noticed, most cards here that has 0 ATK has high DEF. Monsters with 0 attack tend to rely on their defenses for some sort of stat. In other news, Relinquished got a makeover.

Effect isn't really a stat, just ATK, DEF, and Level.

Zigzix
I stand no chance but here we go anyways! :)It's basically a Malice Doll of Demise and Curse of Vampire Combination and yes, it would work incredibly well with ectoplasm, I added the battle invincibility to even it out a little, enjoy :)
This card cannot be destroyed by battle (Battle Damage is still Inflicted to this card's controller). If this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard it is Special Summoned at the End Phase of the turn. If this card is Special Summoned increase it's ATK by 500 and inflict damage equal to it's ATK to your opponent's Life Points. Zenju
Image credit goes to http://www.canadiandragon.com Effect:This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set, this card can only be special summoned to your side of the field by discarding 1 card from your hand to the graveyard. This card cannot be destroyed by battle. Each time this card attacks or is attacked place 1 'Potential Counter' on this card. This card gains the following effects depending on the number of counters.1) The controller of this card recieves no battle damage from battles involving this card.2) This card cannot be targeted by spells, traps, or monster effects.3+) You can sacrifice this face up card to special summon 1 monster from your hand, deck, or graveyard. (Ignore the summoning conditions for that monster.)
Altαir
I'm in. Entry- Effect-This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. During your Standby Phase, for each monster on your opponent's field, add 1 "Oblivion" counter to this card. During your Battle Phase, you can draw cards equal to the amount of "Oblivion" counters on this card. If you draw 3 Monster Cards, you automatically win the duel. If you draw 3 Spell Cards, you automatically lose the duel. If you draw 3 Trap Cards, return all cards on the field, in the Graveyard, and in the removed from play to their respective Decks. If this card does not have 3 or more "Oblivion" counters on it, remove this card from play.
