No way, even a level 10 monster only needs 2 monsters to tribute. So, make an effect with it, or else it will be op'd.

No, All God cards are Level 10 Yoshiman (only a few are Level 12), give it a powerful effect to make it a God card which YCM Fans would be Dreaming of Controlling that card.
