the arcana force should have a better pic since they all have a face on them in some way.the star should also have a continuous effect and not a 1-turn effect.

maybe it could be attacking twice and sending the top 3 cards each End Phase?

if so,it should looks something like this:

"When this card is summoned,toss a coin:

Heads: This card can attack twice during the same Battle Phase.

Tails: Send the top 3 cards of your deck to the Graveyard during each of your End Phase."

 

 

Black Hole is too generic and has horrible OCG,should be something like:

"Both players choose a monster on their side of the field and destroy it"

you should mix it up a bit so it doesn't look like a effect that a 7-year old could make.

 

nebula is horrible support for aliens especially since they can reduce a lot of ATK with A-counters alone.

also the effect should be something like:

"Increase the ATK of all face-up "Alien" monsters on the field"
