Pros + cons:Special Summon from graveyard, restricted to needing to be same monster destroyed. Monster cannot attack, if has effect, still works. Synchro monster, hard to summon (level 9) I know the effect is kind of short and suckish, but think of it as a realistic actual card, not all cards need really complicated effects ;)I know the effect is kind of short and suckish, but think of it as a realistic actual card, not all cards need really complicated effects ;)

LiAM
not if you bring back a card li stardust or decoy dragno etc. also, it can help have field bait for tributes or other things.
Skuldur
Still Stardust can't attack, and Stardust would negate the destruction effect. Take away the can't attack part.
LiAM
no cos then it could be OP. also, its effect be be shorter, and there are plenty of cards that this would have an advantage over, its basically a free monster reborn, but refusing the ability to attack. i think its fair, i mean, i would use it, if i had a synchro deck, and anyway, i would you use the summoned monster for synchro'd monsters by summoning a tuner. Skuldur
Lol @ free Monster Reborn. First you have -1 yourself to summon it. Then you have to get out another good dragon monster, you can't use it's effect on DAD and JD, on the field and get your opponent to destroy it. Shiranui
There's a whole bunch of cards with this effect...and I wouldn't use any of them...
Ezio
Sorry I wouldn't use this card either! If you make it so it could summon a card from the graveyard that wouldn't normally be allowed to be summoned then it might work!E.g a card that says 'This card cannot be Special Summoned' And in your card you wrote something like 'ignoring summoning conditions'So the card wouldn't be able to attack but it would be a card that wouldn't normally be allowed to be Special Summoned!
