This card is only can be Special Summoned by Tributing 2 WIND monster you control.If this card is Summoned, Return up to 2 cards on the field to the owner's hand. Once per turn, you can Tribute 1 WIND monster you control to return 1 monster on your opponent's field, to the owner's hand.
