The Legacy of Kira Fuma

I promised this story in HERE, and here is the tale of Kira.

 

Kira was born to a rich family in the city of Tyschal. He was the only child of Kira and Yana Shikaku. He was raised as a noble, and he certainly enjoyed his life.

When Kira was three years old, a group of black-clad strangers broke into his home. They killed his parents, and kidnapped him.

 

Eleven years later, Kira remembers nothing of his parents. The strangers raised hiim and twelve other children in an underground base hidden beneath an orphanage. They were put through physical tests for years, ever since they arrived at the base, and by fourteen Kira was easily capable of feats that would cripple most men. He was trained in the arts of stealth and assassination, and joined the ranks of the strangers.

 

They sent him on missions to kill noblemen and military leaders. He would strike with his signature weapons: tri-pointed daggers tied to his wrists by chains. He would use them to wrap them around the throats of guards and lift them into the air, and when he had eliminated all guards he would locate the target and dispatch them silently.

 

His work continued in this way for two years. The city began to descend into chaos, with neighbors turning on each other if they had the slightest suspicion they were involved with the deaths. At this time Kira was given a job: dispatching a soldier who had once stood guard over Shikaku Hall. He hunted the man down in the slums and dropped in front of him in an alley, but he did not kill him.

 

When Kira saw his face, he suddenly recognized the man before him. He couldn't recall where from, until the man said, "Kira? Kira Shikaku? Is it really you?" Kira lowered his blades and the two talked for a while, until Kira finally accepted the facts placed before him. Learning of his parents' murder, he swore revenge on the guild he had worked with for thirteen years.

 

He returned to his masters, and took on another mission, acting as normal. Then, as he turned to leave, he spun around and whipped his blades into the skull of a nearby warrior. He then fought his hardest to defeat the rest of the warriors, and he succeeded: he had always been the guild's finest warrior.

 

Soon there was only one master left. Kira pursued the man, and cornered him on a rooftop. As he closed in, the man hurled a black stone at him. The stone glowed purple and ,when it hit Kira, it transformed him. An evil presence was forced into his body and mind. He was warped horribly, and the master managed to escape in the time it took Kira to force the evil entity into a dark corner of his mind.

 

Kira returned to the ex-guard from Shikaku hall and told him what had happened. Thus began a long game of cat and mouse, as each time they cornered the man he would use powerful ninjutsu magic.
