Greetings

I am pretty unskilled in balance but I will try to help you improve it :-)

 

these Cards are pretty unbalanced

 

The First monster Banshee has 3000 Def this is just way to much it should be reduced to something below 2000.

 

Destroy Any two cards on the field.

 

This is just wrong OCG change the text in something like this. Let me try to help with my own bad OCG :D

 

OCG: Activate only when Rocket Man attacks. Selected two Cards on the field and destroy them.

 

Your Elite monster has also a much to overpowered DEF reduce that to something close to 2000. Also the OCG is wrong on this one.

 

OCG: When this Card battles your opponents Monster is not destroyed unless it a Machine Type.

 

I don't understand the second part of that effect. Since Energy Sword does just nothing I also see now synergy to any other Card you have created.

 

Your Grunt Card seems to be mostly ok but the OCG seems wrong again.

 

OCG: If "Plasma Pistol" is equipped to this Monster. Flip a coin. If the result is Heads, destroy 1 monster on your opponent's side of the field. You can only use this effect once per turn.

 

The next 3 Spell Cards are kinda OK they might by a bit OP maybe reducing the overall bonus a bit.

 

Halo Final Generation

I thing played is not used in the OCG they stat activate instead.

 

OCG: Activate this Card only when Halo Second Generation is on the Field. All Halo Type Cards gain 2000 ATK and DEF.

 

Halo First Generation is also awkward.

 

Just make it a field spell saying that the Card is also treated as field card is not making much sence to me.

 

OCG: All Halo Type Cards gain 500 ATK and DEF.

 

Haxing Zone is ok but underpowered since it helps only one Monster.

 

You also don't need to stat as long as this card remains face up on the field

Since this is a permanent Trap Cards anyway.

 

OCG: Spartan Dude can attack twice each Battle Phase.

 

Its on! is just overpowered espically since your Halo Cards have to much stats. Special summon 3 monster from the deck for just 500 Life Points is just no. Also you have made this a Counter Card making it even more powerful. I suggest to change the Trap type to none increasing the Life Points you must pay and decreasing the number.

You could also limited the summon by putting in summon a level 3 or less monster or something.

 

Plasma Pistol and Grunt

Normally you should explain the effect on this Card and not on Grunt.

 

Rocket Man is also serious overpowered. 2100 for a non tribute monster is to much and it can attack twice. Normally non tribute monster that can attack 2 times are around 1200 attack.

 

Scarab this card is the most OP you have created. It can deal 5000 - 10000 effect damage. This is just no.

Then it has 6000 Atk and def. A Five Gods Dragon has 5000 and is a level 12 fusion of 5 monsters. Change the ATK to something around 2800 as well as the the def.

 

Sniper Lv 3 If you get this out the effects allow you to instantly leveling it.

Because of this it would be a one turn kill and needs hard nerfs.

 

First off you should add something that says it cannot be tributed in the same turn it was summoned. Also the ATK and DEF of the following levels are overpowered the effect is hard but I thing fair IF you balance out the leveling.

 

Spartan Dude

This Card is a Joke right? a non Tribute monster with 6000 attack? Well its good since I laughed.

 

Stealth their is no die in OCG. Say destroyed instead.

 

Sword Dude

lol again 4500 to much.

Ritual Spell Cards

 

We Duel Wield (shouldn't it be Dual Wield?)

Overpowered again I mean this means sword dude would have 9000 ATK lol.

 

The Chief (lol)

to much ATK and DEF again. also the effect is overpowered and it is special summoned ok it.

 

Please keep in mind that my OCG is far from perfect and don't overdue it with ATK and DEF. Also sorry for the bad formatting of this text im kinda tiered right now :-)

 

If I would be forced to rate it it would be 0/10 because of this stated reasons.

overpowered...... try making the OCG more appropriate exp lv 4 monsters should have a DEF range between 1800-2300, or you could add negative effects to make them more balanced

try to keep in mind monsters that require no tribute must be extremely balance!

i'm not gonna list the OCG fixes because Zini already mentioned them (kinda tired)
