Cannot be Special Summoned except by it's own effect. During your opponent's Main Phase, when your opponent controls 2 or more monsters: You can send this card from your hand to your graveyard; Add 1 Level 4 or lower Warrior-type monster from your deck to your hand.You can discard a card; Special Summon this card from your graveyard: Negate all Damage inflicted to you during this turn(this effect can be activated during either player's Battle Phase). When this card leaves the field: Banish it.

Wait this is just wait wait wait.

Reinforcements of the Army is Limited, and it's frequently ran.

...You want it at 4? And with an ability that allows easy Quasar? Yes, I understand it's the opponent's MP, but...

Currently, this is a bit too OP.

My fix:

Wording/Grammar = 5/10
Creativity = 10/20
Balance = 9/30
Viability = 27/40

51% = D

A very powerful card that is staple material in any deck containing a majority of Warrior-types. Problem is, it's just too powerful.

You didn't capitalize "Deck" or "Graveyard" and your aesthetics leave a lot to be desired (unrealistic set ID, incorrect copyright), but your mastery of the new OCG is very good, so you earn suitable merit for that. Creatively, the card is nothing more than a modified RotA, but I do like the little Necro-Gardna/Waboku thing you've got going on for the second part of the effect. You didn't really match the criteria too well, but as it works as a tech for both archetypes I won't deduct marks. You got a right-down-the-middle mark there.

Balance is really, really bad. It's RotA combined with Waboku on steroids and for an opposition player, negotiating your way out of an encounter with this is very difficult to do. The free card it gives you can be game-winning, the phase fade it provides you with can be game-saving. It's broken, but when you put it up against the other stuff in the metagame right now it's...well...still broken, but not as broken as one might think. I dropped some viability points because it is only viable due to brokenness (although in part because a good duelist can play around and the fact that its searching power is limited only to Warriors).

Can do better. A decidedly mediocre card. I think I'll give you a point for it, then.
