Dimensional birds from... another dimension

Usually, we use the direct way to corrupt our opponents' strategies. With these birds, not any more. Here's a weird flock of them, with... you read the title, right?
When your opponent would activate a card's effect that includes an effect that banishes a card(s): You can negate that effect. When a banished monster is Special Summoned, discard 1 card. These effects can only be activated once per either player's turn. "Dimorus" monsters cannot be Tributed.

"Dimorus" here has nothing to do with Star Trek or the Space. It's just a mix of two words, which I used merely for the Archetype (if you can call it that).
Although I tried to make them balanced, I'm pretty sure there are some things that need to change. Feel free to comment and/or suggest ways to downgrade/upgrade the cards. Also, I'd appreciate a fitting name for the Field Spell.
