Boychild: Don’t mean to sound harsh, but this card is basically pointless. The recycling effect is alright I guess, but it’s low level means it can’t be used as an Xyz Material for the one you just recycled, and since it’s not a Tuner, its low level is more of a detriment if you want to Synchro Summon. The second effect is rather pointless in all honesty, maybe if you made it similar to “Vylon Prism”, where if you Synchro Summon a monster using this card as material, you can equip it to it, it might be better, or similar to “Dragon Buster Destruction Sword” where you can ewuip it from your hand or field, and then SS it. As you have it now, this one depends on your opponent targeting a monster you control before you can activate it, making it inherently slow, and you need it on the field, so your opponent can potentially run it over. The last effect looks okay (though you can’t target cards in the hand), though for such a weak monster, having an effect that operates when it leaves the field seems overly strong. Anyway, make it a Tuner, and here’s PSCT suggestion for how to fix the effect (if you get a chance, please read that guide, it’s very beneficial to reviewers when you use PSCT):

If this card is Normal or Special Summoned: You can target 1 “Drizzle Street” Synchro or Xyz monster in your Graveyard; return it to the Extra Deck. You can target 1 “Drizzle Street” monster you control; equip this monster from your hand or your side of the field to that target. While this card is equipped to a monster, it cannot be targeted by an opponent’s card effects. You can only use each of these effects of “Drizzle Street - Boy Child” once per turn.

● While this card is equipped to a monster: You can Special Summon this equipped card.

● If this card is sent from the Monster Zone to the Graveyard: You can Special Summon 1 “Drizzle Street” monster from your hand.

********************************************************************************************************

Amora: Nope, this does way too much for way too little. Not only does it search, but it also Special Summons directly from the deck, which is one of the biggest crimes committed by card creators. If you’re pulling directly from the Deck, you need some serious restrictions, and to make sure your archetype can’t abuse this somehow. I’d just nix that second effect altogether, and put HOPT on the other two effects.

PSCT fixes:

If this card is Normal or Special Summoned: You can add 1 “Drizzle Street” monster from your Deck to your hand. If this card is sent from the Monster Zone to the Graveyard: You can Special Summon 1 “Drizzle Street” monster from your hand. You can only use each effect of “Drizzle Street - Amora” once per turn.

********************************************************************************************************

Loze: Seems alright, the Stardust Dragon effect works nice into the idea of these cards being sent to the Graveyard, also, it can only target “Boychild” which really hurts its utility.

PSCT fixes:

If a “Drizzle Street” monster(s) you control would be destroyed by battle or card effect, you can send this card from your field to the Graveyard instead. You can only use each of these effect of “Drizzle Street - Loze” once per turn.

● If this card is Normal or Special Summoned: You can target 1 “Drizzle Street” monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon it.

● If this card is sent from the Monster Zone to the Graveyard: You can target 1 “Drizzle Street” monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon it, but its effects are negated, also it is treated as a Tuner monster while face-up on the field.

********************************************************************************************************

Evoker: First effect doesn’t have much utility since there are only 4 Level 5 “Drizzle Street” monsters, so maybe consider changing that. The second effect feels like it was entirely desgined around “Pot of Desires” and it’s a bad idea to design a card around 1 specific card, look at “Anti-Raigeki” for proof of that. Last effect is fine, but since it’s a main deck monster, should probably have a HOPT.

PSCT fixes:

If this card is Normal or Special Summoned: You can target 1 Level 5 or lower “Drizzle Street” monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon it, but reduce its Level by 1. If this card is sent from the Monster Zone to the Graveyard: Draw 1 card. You can only use each effect of “Drizzle Street - Evoker” once per turn.

********************************************************************************************************

Dawg: This card only has 3 targets, I’d make it so that it can target a Level 5 or lower monster too, also, if you’re accessing directly from the deck, you should probably have it such that it negates the effect of the monster summoned, similar to “Tour Guide”.

PSCT fixes:

If this card is Normal or Special Summoned: You can target 1 Level 5 or lower “Drizzle Street” monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon it. Once per turn, at the start of the Damage Step, if this card is attacked by an opponent’s monster: You can negate that attack, and if you do, destroy the attacking monster. You can only use each of these effects of “Drizzle Street - Dawg” once per turn.

● If this card is Normal or Special Summoned: You can target 1 Level 5 or lower “Drizzle Street” monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon it.

● If this card is sent from the Monster Zone to the Graveyard: You can Special Summon 1 “Drizzle Street” monster from your Deck, but its effects are negated, also you cannot Special Summon monsters for the rest of this turn, except “Drizzle Street” monsters.

********************************************************************************************************

Drif: Bit turned off by how generic this is, and unlike the rest it has a much wider search range, but since it has to be Special Summoned, it’s not as big a problem, hell you could probably make it able to SS any WATER monster. Anyway, give it HOPT and it’ll be fine:

PSCT fixes:

Once per turn: You can discard 1 card; this card can attack twice during each Battle Phase this turn. You can only use each of these effects of “Drizzle Street - Drif” once per turn.

● If this card is Special Summoned: You can target 1 WATER monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon it.

● If this card is sent from the Monster Zone to the Graveyard: You can target 1 “Drizzle Street” monster in your Graveyard; add it to your hand.

********************************************************************************************************

Tsunami

Pendulum effect: Nope! This is basically a monster reborn for your archetype that you can activate multiple times in a turn by blowing it up to place another Tsunami in your Pendulum Zone.

PSCT fixes:

When this card is activated: You can target 1 Level 5 or lower “Drizzle Street” monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon it. You can only activate this effect of “Drizzle Street - Tsunami” once per turn. Once per turn, if a “Drizzle Street” monster is sent from the Monster Zone to the Graveyard: You can target 1 Continuous Spell/Trap Card you control; send it to the Graveyard.

Monster effect: First effect is fine, as is the second, but wish the second did something more, like maybe it destroyed a Spell/Trap Card your opponent controls for sending 1 “Drizzle Street” monster to the Graveyard. Last effect should probably place it in Pendulum Zone, as it synergizes too well with Wave, and means you can Special Summon this card during your opponent’s turn.

PSCT fixes:

Once per turn: You can target 1 “Drizzle Street” monster you control; send it to the Graveyard. You can only use each of these effects of “Drizzle Street - Tsunami” once per turn.

● If this card is Normal or Special Summoned: You can target 1 “Drizzle Street” Pendulum Monster in your Pendulum Zone; Special Summon it.

● If this card in the Monster Zone leaves the field: You can place 1 face-up “Drizzle Street” Pendulum Monster from your Extra Deck in your Pendulum Zone.

********************************************************************************************************

Wave:

Pendulum effect: Kind of wished it could get cards from the Extra Deck too, as that would be much more useful. The Spell/Trap destruction is nice, though I think it should be limited to “Drizzle Street” monsters being sent to the Graveyard, so you don’t turn all your Spell Cards into MST’s, also that Heavy Storm effect is too much, I’d just nix it entirely.

PSCT fixes:

When this card is activated: You place 1 “Drizzle Street” Pendulum Monster from your field or face-up in your Extra Deck in the Pendulum Zone. You can only activate this effect of “Drizzle Street - Wave” once per turn. Once per turn, if a “Drizzle Street” monster is sent from the Monster Zone to the Graveyard: You can target 1 Spell/Trap Card your opponent controls; destroy it.

Monster effect: Maybe limit this to Special Summon only, and make it such that you can only Special Summon “Drizzle Street” monsters for the rest of the turn. Also, I see that it’s a Tuner, so put similar restriction it to that of “Tune Magician”. Also that Stardust effect for targeting should probably require that you at the very least Tribute this card.

PSCT fixes:

Cannot be Special Summoned from the Extra Deck. If this card is used as Fusion, Synchro, or Xyz Material for a Summon, all other Materials must be “Drizzle Street” monsters. Once per turn, during either player’s turn, when a card or effect is activated that would target a “Drizzle Street” monster(s) you control: You can Tribute this card; negate the activation; and if you do, destroy it.

● If this card is Special Summoned: You can Special Summon 1 “Drizzle Street” monster from your Deck in Defense Position, except “Drizzle Street - Wave”, but it has its effects negated, also banish it when it leaves the field.

● If this card in the Monster Zone leaves the field: You can place 1 face-up “Drizzle Street” Pendulum Monster from your Extra Deck in your Pendulum Zone.

********************************************************************************************************

Loneliness: That first effect needs a OPT so that you can’t abuse it by going into Synchro or Xyz monsters so that you only control 1, and it should be that it can be the only monster you can control. Second effect is rather redundant, maybe if it retrieved from the Graveyard instead.

PSCT fixes:

Once per turn, if you control only 1 “Drizzle Street” monster (and no other monsters): You can Special Summon 1 “Drizzle Street” monster from your hand. Once per turn, if a “Drizzle Street” monster in the Monster Zone is sent to the Graveyard: You can target 1 “Drizzle Street” monster in your Graveyard, other than the sent monster; Special Summon it. If this face-up card in your Spell/Trap Zone is sent to the Graveyard: add 1 “Drizzle Street” Spell Card from your Deck to your hand, except “Drizzle Street - Loneliness”.

********************************************************************************************************

In the Rain: The field removal offered by this card is much too strong, it needs to be nerfed pretty heavily, especially for its genericness. Hell, you could run it in Toadally Awesome Heroes since their fields sometimes only consist of Bahamut Shark and Toadally Awesome. Make it destroy for its main effect, and on the second it should only return to the hand.

PSCT fixes:

Once per turn, if all monsters you control are WATER monsters (min. 1): You can target 1 monster your opponent controls; destroy it. If this face-up card in your Spell/Trap Zone is sent to the Graveyard: You can target 1 monster your opponent controls; return it to the hand.

********************************************************************************************************

Drizzle Street: Too generic, it’s searchable by Terraforming, and can be used to revive “Toadally Awesome” or Mermails. I’d suggest limiting it to “Drizzle Street” monsters only, and giving it a HOPT. Remove that 4th effect about banishing itself, it’s not necessary.

PSCT fixes: When this card is activated: You can target 1 “Drizzle Street” monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon it. You can only activate this effect of “Drizzle Street” once per turn. Once per turn: You can target 1 “Drizzle Street” monster you control; send it to the Graveyard, and if you do, Special Summon 1 “Drizzle Street” monster from your Deck with a different name than the sent monster, also you cannot Special Summon monsters for the rest of this turn, except “Drizzle Street” monsters. If this face-up card in your Field Zone is sent to the Graveyard; You can target 1 “Drizzle Street” monster in your Graveyard; add it to your hand.

********************************************************************************************************

Neverending Storm: Being able to nuke your opponent’s board on their turn is really strong, like “Torrential Tribute” is at 1, and can only be activated when your opponent Summons a monster, so you have to time when to activate it to really devastate them, but devastate them you will nonetheless. Put some activation limit on it. Second effect seems fine, and I’ll give a PSCT corrected version is you have some idea of how you want to fix it.

********************************************************************************************************

Hailstones: This would probably be better off just targeting any Level 5 or lower monster, so you can go into your Rank 5 easier, especially since it requires such specific material. You don’t need that restriction on its negation effect, ignition effect negation isn’t that strong.

PSCT fixes:

Once per turn: You can target 1 monster your opponent controls; negate its effect until the end of this turn. You can only use each of these effects of “Drizzle Street - Hailstones” once per turn.

● If this card is Special Summoned: You can target 1 Level 5 or lower monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon it.

● If this card is sent from the Monster Zone to the Graveyard: You can target 1 WATER Tuner monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon it.

********************************************************************************************************

Storm: First effect is interesting protection, and a 3K untargetable beater is nice. The “book of eclipse” effect is interesting, and balanced by it needing to be the only monster on your field, but it seems to contradict the last effect, because you wouldn’t be able to target another monster since you have none. If you want so,e possible suggestions to fix it, just ask.

PSCT Fixes:

If this card is Special Summoned: You can target 1 “Drizzle Street” monster you control; while it is face-up on the field, it cannot be targeted by your opponent’s card effects. Once per turn, during either player’s turn, when an opponent’s monster effect is activated, while this is the only card you control: change all monsters your opponent controls to face-down Defense Position. If this card is sent from the Monster Zone to the Graveyard: You can target 1 “Drizzle Street” monster you control; while it is face-up on the field, if it attacks a Defense Position monster, inflict piercing battle damage to your opponent.

********************************************************************************************************

Thunder: Interesting how you can target other monsters, but you should probably have this be similar to the previous and have it just activate on Special Summon, and usable on all “Drizzle Street” monsters. That Xyz Material effect is way to strong, it should only be able to target 1 WATER monster, and the battle damage should be halved. Also, you can probably make this require only 2 Level 5 WATER monsters.

PSCT fixes:

If this card is Special Summoned: You can target 1 “Drizzling Street” monster you control; while it is face-up on the field, it cannot be destroyed by your opponent’s card effects. Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card, then target 1 WATER monster you control; it can attack your opponent directly this turn, but when it does so using this effect, the battle damage inflicted to your opponent is halved. If this card is sent from the Monster Zone to the Graveyard: You can target 2 Level 5 WATER monsters in your Graveyard; Special Summon them.

********************************************************************************************************

Blizzard: You should not be able to summon this by banishing material from the Graveyard, it only needs 2 Material. Second effect is fine, give it a HOPT to prevent loops, also make this card so it can’t be used as Fusion Material so you can continually resummon Blizzard by using this as Material. That Armades effect should just be continuous. That last effect seems weird, and I’d just remove it, because this card doesn’t require much investment, and can be summoned whenever.

PSCT fixes:

Must first be Fusion Summoned, or Special Summoned by sending the above monsters you control to the Graveyard (in which case you do not use “Polymerization”). If this card is Special Summoned: You can Special Summon 1 “Drizzle Street” monster from your hand. You can only use this effect of “Drizzle Street - Blizzard” once per turn. If a “Drizzle Street” monster you control battles, your opponent’s cards and effects cannot be activated until the end of the Damage Step.

********************************************************************************************************

Overall: The idea of them is fine, just make sure to account for possible abuse by putting HOPT’s and other things. Also, read that PSCT guide please.
