Pylon Pendulums - An Adaptation of Mana Accumulation

A small archetype of 6 cards, one for each Attribute. Their concept is based around the wall-and-stall facet of playing with Pendulums, using the time gained to begin building advantage via a time-based resource system similar to the basic idea of mana accumulation in Magic (assuming that I am remembering the game's rules correctly...and given that I've never played it...)
 
This archetype is also a technicolor rainbow.
 
Considering making a Field Spell but for now this is fine.
 
Energy Pylon
Level 2/Scale 4 LIGHT Thunder

Once per turn, during your opponent's End Phase: Place 1 Pylon Counter on this card. This card gains these effects, based on how many Pylon Counters are on it:
1+: Once per turn, if this card would be destroyed by a card effect, you can remove 1 Pylon Counter from it instead.
2+: Once per turn, you can negate an activated card effect that targets this card you control, then remove 1 Pylon Counter from this card.
3+: You can remove 3 Pylon Counters from this card; draw 1 card.
Monster:
Once per turn, during your End Phase: Place 1 Pylon Counter on this card. This card gains these effects, based on how many Pylon Counters are on it:
1+: This card cannot be destroyed by battle.
2+: This card cannot be destroyed by card effects.
3+: This card cannot be targeted by card effects.
4+: Once per turn: You can remove all Pylon Counters from this card; draw 4 cards.
 
Hydro Pylon

This seems very interesting..... even though a lot (if not most) of it is wording incorrectly, it is a very interesting subject. Putting counters on monsters that can be spended for masive effects that are pendulum monsters...
