Like if something happens quickly and unexpectedly, make it a trap. Like in Naruto, Kakashi's thousand years of Pain. it catches the opponent off guard. Think of something that would catch YOUR opponent off guard. But remember, stupid traps like "if your opponent attacks, you win" are not acceptable. Don't make em' that overly powerful.
