A puzzling question for experts...

Hard sellin goblin

Each time a monster you control inflicts Battle Damage to your opponent, return 1 card in your opponent's Spell & Trap Card Zone to its owner's hand.

Robbin's Goblin

Each time a monster you control inflicts Battle Damage to your opponent, your opponent discards 1 random card.

Okay, both cards are continuos and Mandatory if you inflict battle damage. You have to do them if you can. That means YOU as the card controller / owner chooses which to activate first. Becareful because the chain resolves backwards (first in last out) that means for this instant choose Robbin to activate as link 1 than hard selling as link 2. This way u return a card first than robbin will send it to the graveyard.

Hope ive made everything clear

As I see it, both effects activate when you cause Battle Damage. Which means, when they are activated the field is treated as it wore at the moment the battle damage was caused. When the battle damage was caused, your opponent had no cards in his/her hand, and therefore the effect of Robbin' Goblin does nothing, since your opponent had no cards in his/her hand at the time of the battle damage, and then Hard'sellin Goblin's effect returns the face-down s/t to your opponent's hand. Your opponent will have 1 card in his/her hand.
