Nighthawk14
[spoiler=Effect]This card cannot Be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by removing from play 2 DARK monsters in your Graveyard. By discarding 1 monster card in your Hand to the Graveyard you can, decrease the ATK of 1 monster your opponent controls by 800. For each monster that looses ATK increase this cards ATK by the amount of ATK the monster. There will be cards to support it soon PLEASE HELP ON OCG
Darkerai
I would need to see the support for this to coment on playability but so far it only looks like tribute fodder. As far as the last part of the effect you might want to change it to: By discarding 1 monster card in your Hand to the Graveyard you can, decrease the ATK of 1 monster your opponent controls by 800 and increases this cards attack by 800. Not sure if it would help with OCG but it might help with decreased size.
