Or perhaps he just cut a massive fart to generate that dramatic wind and nobody is stupid enough to call him out for it? Or perhaps he just donated the entire budget to charity for orphaned ninjas? Or perhaps to conserve energy for the upcoming battles since it takes more muscles to frown?
