As long as this card is in face-up Attack Position, negate the effects of all Level 4 or lower monsters. When this card is removed from the field, Special Summon 1 "Ruby Magic Token" (Rock-Type/DARK/Level 1/ATK 0/DEF 500) in face-up Defense Position.
