ÐRÁSKÔL YEAR 1337: The island country of Aósrúyn was in terrible danger. The imperialistic nations of Òrùth, Çryñèv, and ßrýlém all seemed to have plans for its future; none of them were good. Still, hope was not lost: the powerful nation of Ðrÿlhèx has been on Òrùth's bad side for some time, and, not wishing to war with Òrùth, have decided to come to Aósrúyn's aid.

You are one of the Hèxèÿrl of Ðrÿlhèx. This legendary group of tacticians is entirely responsible for managing the enormous might of Ðrÿlhèx's military. The Trìmìrèl naval leaders sail even now to defend Aòsrùyn's shores, bearing the Trìnèdàr and their armies. Can you stave off this terrifying triple threat while satisfying Aòsrùyn's demands for freedom and humanity?

To join, simply state your name and whether you want to be a Trìmìrèl (naval commander) or Trìnèdàr (land commander). This RP is about a war, not character development. Note that you will do no actual combat.

Trìmìrèl:

1. freeman43 \ Freeman

2. goldeneagle \ Muteki

3. Kyub \ Kyub

Trìnèdàr:

1. Davok \ Davok

2. Eternal Zodiac \ Zodiac

3. Blacx \ Blacx

You've got frigates, boarding/invasion craft, battleships, and hawk launchers, to classify the Navy in a single sentence.

Hawk launchers are just what they sound like: send raptor birds to distract and wound enemies. The raptors are easily deflected by javelins or pila, though.

What types of weapons do the ships have; cannons' date=' archers, rams, catapults or what?

You'll mainly operate via ballista; however, troop carriers have boarding ramps, and ramming the enemy ship is possible.

Most certainly. We would be honored if you would join us.

First battle will be posted once I've put a dent in my homework.

First scenario is primarily for the Trìmìrèl.

[spoiler=The Scenario]

The King of Ðrÿlhèx has dispatched your forces to Aósrúyn. However, Çryñèv has gained control of the waters east of Aósrúyn, and are blocking your approach. The enemy contingency is primarily composed of roughly forty small, heavily armed frigates, with a trio of flagships leading it. Each Trìmìrèl has three flagships, twenty light frigates, thirteen heavy frigates, and six hawk launchers. HOWEVER, the Trìnèdàr have warned that no troop carriers, of which there are forty-two in total, can be sunk, and that damage must be kept to a minimum, if the land campaign is to be successful.

How are you going to get a troop transport past enemy lines without it being torn to pieces?

The enemies are approaching from the west; the shore is to the west of your ships.

simple we run them...

the light frigates will go and surround and give support to the Transports by using a Dyson swarm(Ring) by using short to medium rang weapons. Next send in the heavy frigates with rammers and short ranges ballista to make a hole in the enemy ships. Next we send in the Flagships equipped the will long range Fire archers. Next use the Hawk Launchers to protect the back but while keeping Bombers in range of the Launchers. The Bombers will go with the heavy frigates and ahead of them to take down the enemy for our troops to land.
