Hexanort
[spoiler=effect]If "Umi" is face-up on the field, your opponent cannot select this card as attack target. Once per turn, you can send 1 card on the top of your Deck to Graveyard to place 1 Aqua Counter on this card. Increase this card's ATK and DEF by 100 for each Aqua Counter on this card. By removing 1 Aqua Counter on this card, change Battle Position of 1 monster on the field. Gogeta™
Good Effect, balanced on every aspect of the card. OCG is good, but Aqua Counter needs quotations I think, not sure. Anyway... [spoiler=...]8/10 :)
Hexanort
no, counter not needed a quotation [spoiler=Ocg Thread Wrote] When refering to Counters, they DO NOT go like this "Spell Counter" They simply say Spell Counter (counter / counters by themselves do not start with a Cap C, only if they follow a type of Counter). but thanks 4 comment anyway
noroldir
like the aspect that it can change the battel position of ANY monster on the field by removing a counter pic is also good and atk and def are balanced great job on my opinion 10/
LostLetter227
Kinda OP'ed, since you can send out your whole deck to make it a massive beatstick / activate Exchange of The Spirit in Traditional.Nice idea though. Just add a limit.
Lord JZ of the Enigma
you should make it so it can't be summoned unless "Umi" is on the field. While it may still be easy to bring out, it will at least have a hinderance.
