This card returns to its owners hand during the End Phase of the turn that it is Normal Summoned or flipped face-up. When this card is Normal Summoned or flipped face-up, you can return 1 card from your hand to your Deck to be able to select the attack targets of your opponent's monsters during his/her next turn. If you activate this effect and your opponent does not declare an attack during his/her next turn, draw 1 card during your next Standby Phase.
