This card can only be Special Summoned while "Toon World" is on your side of the field. You can Special Summon this monster from your hand, but this card requires 3 tributes to special summon. This card cannot attack in the same turn it is Summoned. Unless you pay 500 Life Points, this monster cannot attack. When "Toon World" is destroyed, this card is also destroyed. If your opponent doesn't control a Toon Monster, this card can attack your opponents Life Points directly. If a face-up Toon Monster is on your opponent's side of the field, you must select the Toon Monster as an attack target. X stands for the number of cards in your hand. When your opponent summons or special summons a monster level 4 or below, it is destroyed unless it is a Toon Monster. When your opponent summons or special summons a Toon Monster, it is destroyed if its attack points are 2000 or below. Winged-Beast? well, usually the "non-god" version of osiris (slifer) is WIND Dragon, ra is FIRE Machine, and obelisk is either LIGHT or DARK (depending on preference) and Warrior.
