I will be adding the last of the Legendary Birds Articuno tonihgt. I will also try and finish off the remaining Eeveelutions' date=' Espeon & Glaceon. This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned from your hand by Tributing 3 Winged-Beast-Type monsters you control. Once per turn you can reduce 1 of your opponent's monsters ATK & DEF to 0. If you use this effect, this card cannot declare an attack this turn. As long as this card remains face-up on your field, all Spell & Trap cards cannot be activated the turn they are Set. Also Negate the activation of all Spell and Traps until the next Standby Phase of each players turn.
