When this card is Summoned, put 3 Spell Counters on this card. Activate the effect corresponding to the number of Spell Counters on this card:

-3+: Increase the ATK and DEF of this card by 200.

-5+: This card is unaffected by the effects of Spell and Trap Cards.

-8+: Double the ATK and DEF of this card.

-10+: This card cannot be selected as an attack target.

OCG looks pretty good to me. The image is CUTE, but you have no Image Credit (and you need that). Balance is good. Effect is unique, but one thing is bothering me:

 

Okay, so you get 3 counters when you summon it. I'm surprised that you did not give this card a way to gain Spell Counters itself - like 1 during your Standby Phase. As is, you'll rely heavily on other support cards for Spell Counters - which could slow you down and make you wonder why you should use this at all since it could get trampled over easily before it could get the 8 counters needed to make it a serious threat.

 

Aside from that little peeve, I'd give this card a 8.5/10. Great job, just make sure to get that Image Credit. =3
