These were poorly edited in GIMP by me(LONG TIME AGO) so don't complain about that. And also OCG. Amethyst Phoenix Posted March 8, 2009 Report Share Posted March 8, 2009 Icicle is supposed to be that high, the tribute balances its rather powerful effect. considering there is only 1 other plasma hero currently (icicle) and considering icicle's also a tribute summon and he has weak stats, darkness is also balanced. I'm assuming the first effect of plasma kid can be activated during your opponent's turn? If so you should clarify that in the effect. His 2nd effect is nice if he's in defense mode. I'm assuming if he's in attack mode thats when you're intended to utilize his first effect? Not the most original effects, but I like the way you balanced them.
