This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by removing from play 1 "Elemental Hero Neos" from your Graveyard. Once per turn you can tribute 1 monster to negate the effect of a Spell Card and destroy it. This card can only be equipped to an "Elemental Hero".
