When this monster is Summoned place 2 Shield Counters on any monster on the field. During either player's Damage Step, when this monster battles a non-Synchro monster, you can remove 1 Shield Counter from the field to have this monster gain ATK equal to the DEF of the opponent's monster it is battling, until the End Phase. (When a monster that has a Shield Counter on it, and is attacked, the attacking monster loses 500 ATK for each Shield Counter on it, until the end of the Damage step)

Not a bad idea.

I'd like to see at least 10 cards other than this (with at least 4 s/t) based on this idea.
