Recently a women drove into the McDonalds drive through and ordered some hot coffee. She set it between her legs, it spilled, an she got burned badly. She sued McDonalds saying that their coffee is too hot and won like $600,000.

Whos fault is it,

A) McDonalds

or

B) The women's?

No, the REAL story is that a woman ordered some coffee from McDonald's, and set it in between her legs; it then spilled and she suffered 1st and 2nd degree burns. The reason she sued them is because at the time, McDonald's hadn't had the 'Caution, Hot' label on the cup. In turn, she did not know (well, she probably did and realized that she could get some money) that the coffee was hot, realized that there was no 'Caution, hot' label, and thought to herself, "Hmm...I can probably sue and beat McDonald's in a case on lack of caution labels. THAT is the real story.

Warning - This warning message contains nuts, and it's hot, hot chocolate and another warning below...

Warning - This warning message is to warn you that this is a warning message.

American Express airway nuts say "Warning - May contain traces of nuts". They also say "Instructions. 1) Open Packet. 2) Eat Nuts"... How dumb?

It's the womans fault, for once, probably never again, but I'm on Ronald Mc. Donalds side here =]
