[align=center]This card can only be Special Summoned by Tributing 3 WIND monsters with 1000 Attack or higher. When this card is Special Summoned your opponent cannot discard monsters from their Deck. When this card is destroyed by battle your opponent must discard all cards that would have been in his/her hand and the 2 top cards of the deck.
