If you don't add the EN, it can be legally used in any world tournament, regardless of if the player understands the effect. You can't do these things just for cosmetics. Numbers for the cards are not of much importance. (No order really) I'm currently working on signatures for all the different types. Also I will be doing BG adding and rendering. EDIT: I'm pretty for sure all areas are covered. I will still accept if you are very good in a field.
