Terrifying Times.

Oh dear god. Emergency ban Machine Duplication. Seriously. This thing, unlike its Chaos counterpart, can inflict Battle Damage. Macro suddenly looks scary.

It's really not that situational either, considering that if it scans a beatstick or anything but a Grave-triggered effect like searchers, Malicious, or Sangan, anything but those, and it's a monster you can make use of. Take your pick. Then Machine Duplication...

Imagine scanning some generic Synchro, any will do, then Duping. It's terrifying to think about.

? ≠ 500≥

? ≠ 500≥

Except when it does, as in this case.

While off the field, this card doesn't need to have any specific amount of ATK, but while on the field, the ATK must be fixed - after all, if your opponent were to attack this face-up Attack Position monster with, say, Celtic Guardian, how would you determine the result if this card had ? ATK rather than 0 ATK?

Thus, while this card is face-up on the field and not copying anything, it has 0 ATK.

Original ATK (or DEF)

The Original ATK (or DEF) is the number of ATK (or DEF) points

printed on the Monster Card. This does not include an increase

from an Equip Spell Card or other card effect. If “?” is written as the

ATK or DEF' date=' the original ATK or DEF is treated as zero.

[/quote']

Huge bold lettering is the equivalent of raising your voice, which although might be the next best thing to being right, it often isn't.

Trying to be clever, smartass?

I'm not wrong by any means, just irrelevant: ? is not less than or equal to 500.

I <3 you too.

It is when it's assigned a lesser value, which is the case here.

And, obviously, you were just making a random statement of fact and most definitely did not mean that Machine Duplication could not be used here. That was certainly not your intention.

Ridiculously situational.

I don't consider it much of a stretch that your opponent'll have a monster that's possible for you to make use of' date=' which you'll easily be able to RFP in Macro or its own Decktype.

Only usable in a terrible decktype that auto-loses against the side deck, as well as itself.
