Rules: MUST be a Spell Card. Only one card. No holos. Prizes: Winner - 2 rep from loser. Loser - 1 rep from winner. Your opponent can Special Summon 1 monster with an ATK of 1000 or more from his/her Graveyard. Increase the ATK of all monsters on the field by 2000 until the End Phase, then destroy any monsters with an ATK of 3000 or more.
