I've been playing the TCG ever since Legend of Blue Eyes White Dragon came out, but so far I've never seen a card that does this. I think this would totally disable deck strategies that run on removing cards from play or relying on the Graveyard-- there goes TeleDAD! (This was before the March 2009 lists before TeleDad got nailed.) Here's the text, in case you can't read it:As long as this card remains face-up on the Field, when a card would be sent to the Graveyard except by this card's effect, remove it from play instead. When a card would be removed from play except by this card's effect, send it to the Graveyard instead. Image credit goes to Sloan47 on Deviantart.
