It should at least have 3000 ATK and DEF, unless you want it to do more than half of your opponent's Life Points in 1 turn.The effect has no drawbacks to it, and is slightly unoriginal. Overall, this card is a bit too overpowered, so I suggest taking it down a couple thousand points. But at least you have a good picture, and you used a right Type.
