How to un-blur pictures?

Can anyone tell me how to un-blur/un-pixelate images?

 

Cause all the pics i get pretty much suck >.<

Use larger images. The smaller images are stretched and usually wind up blurry and pixelated.

use large pictures only' date=' if you use pictures that are too small they will stretch and become blurry

you repeated what the above person already said...

and it's not a accident if the posts were around 15 hours apart

 

and both of your replies only tell him how to avoid getting it pixely and both of those won't help if he found a good-looking small image and can't find a bigger version,looks like you are trying to ask how do you un-blur it if you if you found a blurry image that seems great for a card or found a good,small image and can't find a bigger one.

 

there is no way you can do that,the best way would be to redraw the whole thing
