His effect has been changed a little bit and i gave him his secret rarity. [spoiler=Lore]When this monster is Summoned, Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower Non-Tuner monster from your Deck. The Special Summoned monster's effect is negated, its ATK and DEF are reduced to 0, and its Level is treated as 0. Increase this monster's Level equal to the original Level of the Special Summoned monster.
