I actually had a bit of a conflict doing this one...[spoiler=Effectiveness!]If you have 4000 or less Life Points, you can Normal Summon or Set this card without Tributing. While this card is face-up on the field or in the Graveyard, it is treated as a Winged Beast-Type monster. When this card destroys a monster by battle and sends it to the Graveyard, you can skip your next Draw Phase to Special Summon that monster to your side of the field. While that monster is on your side of the field, it is treated as a Winged Beast-Type monster. When this card is removed from the field, destroy all Winged Beast-Type monsters Special Summoned by this effect and inflict damage to your opponent's Life Points equal to the number of destroyed monsters x 500.
