crossader Posted March 19, 2009 Report Share Posted March 19, 2009 On "The Basilisk", the effect of reducing ATK should be on a specific Phase, for example "during every Standby Phases, as long as it remains face-up on the field" On "Rise Of The Hydra", "Tribute 2 Reptile-type monsters with 1500 ATK or less and 1 'The Basilisk' from your side of the field to Ritual Summon 'Hydra The Forbidden Snake' On "Hydra The Forbidden One", "This card cannot be Summoned except with the Ritual Spell Card 'Rise Of The Hydra'. During your 3rd Standby Phase after this card's Summoning, tribute 1 Reptile-type monster to inflict 200 points of damage to your oponent's life points".
