legendhiro Posted March 19, 2009 Report Share Posted March 19, 2009 Yes there is a limitation you can oly use it once per turn look at the end of the effect and thanks on a typical card the line at the end of the effect would only apply to the line right before it. and its a level four, it needs a cost for the destruction effect or its an instant and permanent banned card. legendhiro Posted March 19, 2009 Report Share Posted March 19, 2009 any four star (meaning NO TRIBUTE) monster that can destroy ANY monster for NO cost would be banned. look at snipe hunter. he was limited almost as soon as he was released, and he costs a card, requires a dice roll, and only has 1500 ATK.
