Really, really nice. I'm so jealous of this card right now. Why can't I think about this concept earlier?! Oh, and I think you have to add space between "x" and "-1". And it should be a Continuous Spell Card, since you write "Once per turn". A Normal Spell Card can't do that unless it's stated that it'll last on the field longer.

or, he could be saying that you can only activate that effect once per turn, meaning that you cant activate the same card, or another card with that effect, once you have activated this card this turn. In that case, the OCG still needs to be fixed to say something like: "You can only activate 1 "Curse of Minus" per turn." or something like that.

 

interesting card. it seems like that card that just came out in Crimson Crisis that does the same thing for Synchro Monsters. ;)

 

its okay, nothing totally amazing. its good, but not super duper special.
