As Rafael mentioned loved ones, Poseidon looked to Jade, a tear rolling down his eyes, he turned back to Rafael, looking right through him, seeing only his parents, who, of course, were not there. Yet Poseidon could see his own features in his parents, his fathers long blond hair, his mothers deep hazel eyes. His fathers broad figure, and short fuse at desperate times. Now I will attack your "Exiled Fiend Syan - Returner" with my Assassin, then attack your Flesh Worm with Poseidon, now attack the other with Khronos" Poseidon watched as Rafaels monsters were enshrouded by darkness, then appearing through the cloud and attacking and destroying his monsters, luckily Aranha was not going to die like this, but Liang was right, Poseidon needed a plan, he was failing. "Your Life Points are now at three thousand, six-hundred. where mine are still at eight thousand. Where I spared you the attack of your true self. And your Aranha is still on the field... Poseidon? WAKE UP YOU'RE DUELLING!!!" Although Rafael was screaming at him, Poseidon didn't move, didn't even care, he could still see his parents, standing there, beautiful, yet lifeless, stuck in the position he had always remembered them in, his fifth birthday, when they went to the zoo. They both stood above the pool where the penguin where kept. They stood on the bridge, a smile on their faces. Poseidon remembered the moment vividly, he had been given a camera and had taken a photograph of almost everything imaginable at the zoo, he took the photo of his parents, and he carries it round with him. His parents then disappeared, he realised, it was not his fifth birthday, but his eighteenth, he didn't have a camera, but a duel disk. His parents didn't stand with a smile, but Rafael with an evil grin, no, that was wrong, it was his friends in their place now. He did not see a pool below them, but a cloud of unknown darkness... "I'll start my turn by summoning my Syan - returner from the grave, just because I have Aranha left on the field. Then I'll summon "Exiled Fiend Syan - Assassin" from my hand. So I'll have him attack, just to make it hurt, although, with my now, foolproof plan, that wont be necessary." "Poseidon, you have played well, and I can see what is coming now, and as I lose ... if I die, you will be the leader, the commander, and you will finally be in touch with your item ... and I know you will be reluctant, but you will become one of us. Rafael fell to his knees, then pulled out the rod from his pocket, he placed it onto the floor, then clasped his hands in prayer, he shut his eyes and muttered in Ancient Egyptian, a tear rolling down Rafael's face, however it soon changed to a grin, as his eyes opened staring at Poseidon he stood up. Rafael picked up his rod and pointed the top at Poseidon, Rafael's grin and eyes widened with a certain scent of evil, Poseidon then lost control. The wadjet eye appeared on his head, and Poseidon's eyes went yellow, the same yellow as the eye on his forehead. Rafael now had full control of Poseidon, more so than ever used before. Rafael's fist clenched and Poseidon could feel his innards being ripped apart. Poseidon's organs being crashed about like a small fishing boat, out in a stormy sea. Poseidon's face was emotionless and cold, the eye disappeared and Poseidon's eyes became yet again, hazel. Poseidon then dropped to the ground, his hands on his stomach, wrenching in pain, screaming out, as Rafael merely walked away, though nothing of it, and de-activated his duel disk. Poseidon's had automatically de-activated.
