The Envoy of Space's effect is too big of a hazard to your own Life Points for only 3000 ATK/DEF. It provides no benefits to you whatsoever.

 

As for the Envoy of the Army the effect is OK, but you can't Normal Summon a monster by offering 3 Tributes, that would be considered a Special Summon. You could either restrict this monster to Normal Summoning only and restrict the Type of Tributed monster to Warrior, or change the Normal Summon to Special Summon and keep the 3 Warrior Type Tribute.
