Alright then, welcome to The Battle of The Arts contest. Just check out the criteria below to get started.

 

[spoiler=The rules]

1. You must make: 1 of any kind of monster(with or without an effect), 1 spell card, 1 trap, and one or two cards of your choice.

 

 

 

 

2. Your card names have to involve one of the Arts in some way(e.g. The poet of all, Living painting, the guitar of power, etc.) I don't care what the title is other than it needs to involve an art form, or variation on one, in some way or another. I will be fairly leniant with this rule. You can make it have something to do with stage lights for all I care.

 

 

 

3. Your card's picture and effect(if it has an effect) are required to be reflective of the card name

 

Here is an example of what I mean:

[spoiler=click here to see][spoiler=If you can't read its effect click here]As long as this card remains face up on the field, any face up monster with more than 1000 ATK is changed to defense postion. The affected monsters cannot change their battle position except for with a card effect while "The Poet - Confusion" is face up on the field.

 

 

 

So, let me explain a little. The card name is reflected in the picture since the person is writing and their form is jumbled/confused. The effect "confuses" all monsters with over 1000 atk into defense position.

 

 

 

4. BE CREATIVE!! This is a card contest about the arts isn't it?

You must pay 5 points to enter. (I will wait up until the 8th of april for your entry fee.)

 

You must register before April 8th.

OCG x/10 (I don't find that ocg is important since we're being creative here)

Creativity x/40

Flow x/20 (this means how well the name, picture, and effects tie together)

Picture x/5

Name x/5

Description/Card Effect x/5

Playability x/5

How much I like the card x/10

 

Lot's of areas to grade in so that more people have a chance.

1st Place: 4 Reps and 35% of the pooled entry points

2nd Place: 2 Reps and 25% of the pooled entry points

4th Place: 10% of the pooled entry points

5th Place: 5% of the pooled entry points

 

That's right, prizes up to 5th place so everyone has a better chance of winning

These are based off a show. The show is a martial arts school and this is a club about the art of martial arts. If these dont work let me know and I will post new 1s[spoiler=Cards][spoiler=Shin Natsume-Master of the Dragon's Eye Effect]This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned, by tributing "Juken Club-Shin Natsume" equipped with "Dragon's Eye's" and "Reiki". Increase this cards ATK by 100 for each Spell Card removed from play. When this card destroys a monster in battle, select and activate 1 of the following effects:

*Inflict damage to your opponent equal to half of the destroyed monsters ATK.

*Remove from play 1 Spell Card in your opponents Graveyard from play.
