This card gains 100x ATK each for every Pulse Counter on this it. During your Standby Phase, if this card has 5 or more Pulse Counters on this it you can remove 5 Pulse Counters from it to send all Spell & Trap Cards your opponent controls to his/her hand. Inflict 300x damage each for every Spell & Trap Card sent back to his/her hand. When this card is sent the Graveyard by a card effect your opponent controls you can Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower from your Graveyard to the field in face-up Attack Position.
