What he says is the truth Commander-taichou. Every anime has an aspect of "Loli" and "Shouta", or at least an attempt to make such a character. Yachiru is the prime example of the "Loli" part. It's just that Toushiro has pretty much got the "Shouta" covered in that regard.

 

But as for the other comments:

 

1. What do you expect, he's a perpetual kid who doesn't age and thus has not hit puberty. So no hormonal interest.

2. Come on, who DOESN'T mock Yumichika?

3. So? Ten is a lovely number.

xD I'm pretty sure Renji is worse. Chad has "Hollow Origins" with his powers, so he has more potential to be cool.

 

He still sucks. He's jobbed to everyone he's fought, except for in the fillers, and against Gantenbainne/The Lumbering Arrancar they meet when they enter Hueco Mundo. And he's very weak, in terms of everything. Plus his design isn't very good.

Uryuu's an overly British anti-Hero who has already succeeded in losing all of his powers once. While having a bow is awesome, it becomes nothing compared to Chad's arms.

Oh well... then I'll have to remind you. I applied for the Vice-Captain position of Squad 2 which is Yoruichi. Okay? :D

 

@ Umbra: Well, he's not really much of an anti-hero now. After-all, he does get along with Ichigo most of the time. And if you recall, Chad isn't precisely THAT strong, meaning simply that his arms aren't all that, especially against an Espada.

IIRC, Uryuu is still not supposed to hang around with the Shinigami - yet he does. The loophole he presented doesn't really help his case, given that the enemy of his enemy is his friend. Uryuu has been in one fight against an Espada, Szayelapporo, in which he did practically no good; Szayel respawned a matter of moments later. So, his attacks are not that useful either.
